Do you offer a warranty with your work?

Yes we do offer a warranty. If your unit doesnt work for whatever reason please contact us. If the problem is the modchip or modchip related then we'll fix it for free. If it is something else, like the laser then we'll diagnose the problem for free and try to fix it, if we cannot then we will tell you what you need, where you could obtain it and also install it for free to fix your unit.

How long does XBOX modchip installation take?

Drop off your box and the installation takes about 40 minutes.

If you break my unit will you replace it?

If the unit is broken during modding, it will be replaced.

Do you install software on my XBOX?

Yes, we install a software package including the latest versions of the EvoX dashboard, Xbox Media Center and HDDLoader as well as many emulators and other useful software.

Do you Sell Backup Games?

No, we do not sell nor encourage the use of illegal copies of games. The indended purpose of the modding is to allow you to save your original purchased games from the wear & tear of everyday usage.
